Beyond ticketing, under Kevin's efforts, thereis improved informational signage at Municipal Stadium, a new team of professional ushers on staff at all B-CU games, and fansare able to make advance parking purchases.

"We are excited about having Kevin Doherty on our team," said Director of Athletics Lynn Thompson. "His expertise in ticketing will allow us to provide even greater service to our fans. His creative ideas will allow us to grow our season ticket bases in Wildcat athletics as well as through the events planned at the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center."

Before Feld, he spent two and a half years at Ticketmaster, which he will be making a full conversion to for the Bethune-Cookman Box Office. Doherty was also the Box Office Manager for Ticketmaster at the 2008 Olympics and Paralympics in Beijing, China, one of the very few selected from the United States for the event. Before the Olympics, he served as a TM Event Programmer.

Kevin got his start in the ticketing and event management world through his nearly five years with the BankAtlantic Center (formerly the Office Depot Center), a major south Florida arena venue in Sunrise, Fla., where he worked his way up through the ranks to become Ticket Operations Manager.

" I am looking forward to putting more fans in our seats," said Doherty, "making sure that everyone has an outstanding experience at all of our games, and bringing B-CU through to the twenty-first century of ticketing."
