#15 Rashad Bailey: "He was a red-shirt last year and a player out of Chicago who can shoot the ball well and is a big guard at 6-2. He needs to get in better conditioning and we are guard heavy this year with a lot of experience at the position in front of him. He has a very high basketball IQ and is smart playing the game."

Parents: Harold Bailey and Barbara Tyson

Why B-CU? "My parents went to school at B-CU. I would tell friends, family and recruits that attending B-CU is a life-changing experience."

If You Were Putting Together a 5-on-5 pickup game with any basketball players around the world - who would be your teammates (not any current B-CU Players)? "Vince Carter, Michael Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, Charles Barkley. These are my favorite players and this team would be unstoppable."

Who is an influential person in your life and why? My Dad because he keeps me going. There are days that the road to success can get blurry."

After B-CU? "I am going to Medical School and I will become a doctor."
