The legacy of the late J.D. Hall, one of the greatest quarterbacks in the history of Bethune-Cookman football, was augmented this week as he was posthumously selected to join the 2012 class inducted into the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Hall of Fame. Six Wildcats will take the football field on Saturday, proudly wearing the Bethune-Cookman logo on their helmets for what is likely the last time in their careers. Those six graduating seniors will match up with the best senior talent that the state of Florida had to offer in the Inaugural Battle of Florida on January 21. In what is likely the last round of awards, perfectly timed with his appearance in Saturday's Battle of Florida All-Star Game, Ryan Davis has received three additional nods as an FCS and HBCU All-American. With the addition of these three, it brings his total All-America honor count to nine. [+] Bethune-Cookman to Host 2012 Signing Day Bash, Feb. 1 at 6 PM
Bethune-Cookman football will again host a Signing Day Bash for the 2012 signing class, but will bring the event back on campus this year. The 2012 Signing Day Bash will be held on Feb. 1, 2012 at the B-CU Center for Civic Engagement at the Presidents' Banquet Hall, starting at 6:00 p.m. [+]
